With roses growing around the front door inside the front aspect living room has an open fire with exposed brick chimney a large comfy sofa and charming furniture a smart TV, DVD and Wifi, there is a selection of DVDs, some board games and colouring books to keep the little ones happy. Up a step to the dining area with dining table for 6. These rooms both have wonderful exposed timbers and beams. The dining room leads into the refitted kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, granite worksurfaces, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer - fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans etc., electric kettle and coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The kitchen has a wonderful vaulted ceiling with some exposed brick walls. This then leads to the bathroom, shower over bath. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, the master bedroom with King size brass bed overlooks the street, the second bedroom with 2 single beds has built in wardrobes and cupboards. Outside the south facing private rear garden has a patio area adjoining the cottage and leads up to a lawn garden with decked area with table, chairs, sun umbrella, BBQ with accessories. The village of Crondall is really very sweet with 2 pubs serving good food and a Village shop/Post office providing all the basics including a range of very good frozen dishes. A favourite route for cyclists due to the lovely scenery, high hedges, narrow country lanes, no matter what time of year the views are almost beautiful. There is so much to do and see in the area. A visit to the Georgian Market Town of Farnham with its Park, Castle, numerous Coffee shops and restaurants and individual shops. The Farnham Maltings is worth a visit as are Frensham Ponds, Go Ape at Alice Holt Forest, Birdworld, Farnborough Air Museum, Aldershot Military Museum, Jane Austins House all within 20-30 minutes drive. Farnham railway station to London Waterloo in an hour.
